We have been shortlisted for a hattrick of prestigious industry awards, recognising significant achievements, not only for our clients, but also as a dynamic business emerging successfully from the Covid Pandemic.

Our agency has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Team’ category in the PR industry’s premier awards, the CIPR PRide Awards, the Prolific North Marketing Awards 2022, for best not-for-profit client campaign and as ‘Best Small Business’ in the inaugural Connect Yorkshire Business Awards.

The nominations are reward for coming through the challenging pandemic period, stronger than ever, with a 20% growth since 2020, a new building, new brand, ethos and mission.

The CIPR PRide Awards recognise the outstanding work the PR industry has produced over the past year and our shortlisting reflects the results of our hard work, after we invested more than £200K in a new building and appointed a new account director to lead the digital accounts.

Our shortlist in the 2022 annual Prolific North Marketing Awards, is for the ‘best not for profit campaign’ category, we achieved this through our work with The Sleep Charity: Empowering the Nation to Sleep Better. Through this campaign we helped raise awareness of the charity’s sleep helpline and wider support services.

The inaugural Connect Yorkshire Business Awards have been launched to celebrate Connect Yorkshire’s members’ hard work and dedication, within the local and national business community and to recognise businesses that have demonstrated great achievements. Our award nomination shortlisting in the ‘Small Business of the Year’ category is for our team’s hard work to win more than 60 new clients in the past 24 months, including Calderdale Council and projects with Kirklees Council, and its dedication towards achieving great results for all of them.

The story of our successful year and professionalism could not be ignored by judges after hearing how we found our way through suffering the untimely death of our senior colleague and friend, who had been with us for more than seven years. The impact was huge and heartfelt by everyone, and this had to be navigated through whilst still supporting clients’ needs. In the months following, our team put significant effort into remembering our colleague by raising over £5,000 to support their young son.

We have also implemented many new strategies to help retain employee engagement. These include Lunch and Learn sessions, an agency buddy scheme, investing in an annual training budget, offering mental health support sessions, and providing regular community support, such as food bank donations.

Our Managing director, Stefanie Hopkins said: “Coming out of a difficult couple of years, I am so proud of Faith and the team for being shortlisted for these three awards. It’s an honour and a credit to the skills and experience of everyone at Faith to be selected from so many great businesses and agencies in the region.

“We are lucky to have brilliant clients that the Faith team deliver amazing results for day in, day out, and I am delighted to see all our efforts being recognised by the CIPR, Prolific North and Connect Yorkshire. We’re all looking forward to the award ceremonies and will be keeping our fingers crossed.”
